AT&T has anopening for a Senior Client Solutions Executive I to drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers’ strategic business priorities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
  • Ability to manage small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handles large complex sales.
  • Works with moderate on-going supervision.
  • Responsible for a moderate quota or territory.
  • Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
  • May lead presentations and mentor less experienced peers.

Desired Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related sales experience.

Our Senior Specialist Client Solutions Executive 1 earn a base salary between $67,900 - $101,900 + commission with a total target compensation of $107,900 - $141,900. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
