As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our consumer technology platform into a cutting-edge, cloud-native ecosystem. Collaborate with diverse teams—from business partners to fellow architects—and lead the architectural vision that powers innovation and delivers seamless customer experiences in the LTE, 5G, and broadband space. What You'll Do
Lead the development and execution of architecture vision and roadmaps for both existing and modernized cloud-native platforms.
Collaborate with business, technology partners, and solution architects to align technical strategy with AT&T’s business objectives.
Evaluate vendor products and technologies to support new product and service initiatives.
Facilitate design decisions and promote reusable code, components, and architectural best practices across teams.
Work closely with enterprise architects and system engineers to ensure alignment of program and product strategies.
Drive adoption of cloud and SaaS solutions, focusing on Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions.
Champion architectural flexibility and scalability while ensuring compliance with privacy and consent standards.
What You'll Bring
8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS integration, preferably Salesforce.
Strong understanding of LTE, 5G, and broadband technologies, with knowledge of 3GPP and TMForum standards as a plus.
Experience with architectural modeling tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect is advantageous.
Familiarity with emerging technologies including Einstein AI, large language models (LLM), and generative AI.
Expertise in privacy and consent frameworks related to technology solutions.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, Math, or equivalent experience.
Our Principal Solution Architecture, earns between $141,300-$237,400 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
