What You'll Do

  • Develop and own the technical product vision and strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Define, prioritize, and communicate the technical product roadmap in partnership with business, architecture, UX, and engineering teams.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate closely with Architecture and Engineering to guide technical design decisions and manage critical dependencies.

  • Drive trade-off discussions and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and delivery timelines with stakeholders.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Participate actively in sprint planning and feature refinement, providing guidance and clarifying requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted authority on assigned products, influencing product direction and team execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical software products or product lines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong familiarity with software development methodologies, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics.

  • Proven ability to write clear user stories, define product requirements, and set product direction at the team or multi-team level.

  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders.

  • Technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience establishing success metrics and monitoring product performance.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resilience managing moderately complex products or product lines.

Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
