Overall Purpose: The new level 2 IC role will be responsible for supporting and leading processes, strategies, communications, and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in the context of Learning & Development (L&D) Gen AI use cases and the LMS/LXP project.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Internal Process Design and Implementation:

  • Define, design, and implement processes to support the L&D Gen AI initiatives and our LMS/LXP enhancement project.
  • Deploy new tools and platform enhancements, ensuring efficient project management and execution.

Compliance Support:

  • Create and manage compliance policies, standards, and processes related to the L&D Gen AI use cases and the LMS/LXP enhancement project.
  • Conduct process and quality reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Financial Oversight:

  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support the business cases for L&D Gen AI initiatives and other key L&D tool & platform projects.
  • Prepare and review business cases to ensure alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses to track the progress and impact of L&D technology projects.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes.

Planning and Strategy:

  • Coordinate L&D technology programs and manage roadmaps for the L&D Gen AI initiatives, LMS/LXP project, and potentially other further L&D technology projects.
  • Engage in strategic and tactical planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Create communications for technical organizations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Collaboration with HR Technology Team:

  • Work closely with the HR Technology team and Tech Business Analysts to intake and prioritize key development needs.
  • Provide input to support their work in writing features for development, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the L&D Gen AI initiatives and LMS/LXP project.

Skills Required:

  • Waterfall Model: Understanding of traditional project management methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Business Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making for L&D Gen AI use cases and LMS/LXP project.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Knowledge of SDLC to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Process Management: Expertise in designing and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Planning (Tactical and Strategic): Skills in both tactical and strategic planning to align projects with organizational goals.
  • Finance and Accounting: Understanding of financial principles to conduct financial modeling and analysis.
  • Business Case Development: Ability to prepare and review business cases to support project initiatives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business background to support technical projects and initiatives.
  • Business Process Modeling: Skills in modeling business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
