The Principal Analyst will play a critical role in advancing our converged analytics capabilities by analyzing complex, large-scale datasets spanning multiple product lines (e.g., fiber, fixed wireless access, wireless, etc.). This individual will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver deep insights that inform growth strategies, churn mitigation programs, and commercialization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects involving complex, multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities in converged service portfolios.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support revenue optimization, customer retention, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to translate analytics insights into actionable business strategies.
- Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks and dashboards that provide real-time decision support.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are upheld in all analytics processes.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
Education/Experience: Master's degree (MS/MA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
