The AT&T Guarantee Product Team is responsible for driving product outcomes, metrics, and competitive analysis to ensure the AT&T Guarantee product consistently meets and exceeds customer commitments.

The Product Lead owns defining, tracking, and improving key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, service reliability, and product effectiveness.

Responsibilities include managing the product’s business case and P&L to maximize value while maintaining dependable service.

Key duties involve leading success outcome metrics, conducting competitive product analysis, performing market research and gathering customer feedback, developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business goals, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The role also requires engaging stakeholders and senior leadership with transparent performance updates and strategic insights.

The ideal candidate is an expert in product management with a strong focus on customer commitment and competitive positioning.

They apply strategic thinking to solve complex challenges and lead high-impact projects, influencing executive decisions and mentoring peers.

·Product Lead of Success Outcomes and Metrics: Own and define the key success outcomes and metrics that reflect customer satisfaction, service reliability, and product effectiveness. Establish clear measurement frameworks, track performance against these KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making to enhance product delivery. Collaborate with analytics and customer insights teams to gather actionable data and report progress to stakeholders.

·Competitive Product Analysis and Strategy: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor offerings and industry trends related to guaranteed service products. Identify differentiators, gaps, and emerging opportunities to position the AT&T Guarantee product as a market leader. Develop strategic responses to competitive threats and leverage competitive insights to inform product enhancements, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

·Market Research and Customer Feedback:Conduct targeted market research and competitive analysis focused on customer expectations for guaranteed service levels. Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen the AT&T Guarantee product’s market position and value proposition.

· Develop and Maintain Product Roadmaps: Build and maintain clear, actionable product roadmaps that prioritize initiatives directly supporting customer commitments and success metrics. Align roadmaps with business goals to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and enhanced customer loyalty.

·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business units, technology teams, UX designers, and external partners to design, refine, and deliver a seamless and trustworthy customer experience. Work with pricing, legal, marketing, and contracting teams to develop strategies that support the product’s value and promise.

·Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Regularly engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with transparent updates on product performance, risks to customer commitments, success metrics, competitive positioning, and strategic initiatives to mitigate risks. Act as a trusted advisor and mentor within the team.

Leads high-impact projects with minimal oversight, influencing executive decisions and mentoring peers.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience.

Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management or related fields, with demonstrated experience launching new products as well as managing mature products. Ideally, experience includes a focus on customer guarantees, competitive product strategy, success metrics, service-level commitments, or quality assurance in telecommunications or similar industries.
