Seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team, responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize profitability, market share, and customer value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product management to ensure our pricing approach aligns with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies and models for products and services that optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, customer behavior, and cost structures to inform pricing decisions.
  • Formulates complex data modeling and financial analysis scenarios to interpret and develop pricing strategies and potential impacts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create pricing frameworks that support go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
  • Lead pricing initiatives for new product launches, pricing updates, and discount management.
  • Monitor pricing performance and effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to forecast pricing impacts under various business conditions.
  • Partner with finance and analytics teams to maintain data accuracy and support pricing governance.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Experience with pricing software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and market dynamics within the relevant industry.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on pricing decisions.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
