Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven pricing strategies and policies to maximize profitability and market share, ensure competitive positioning, and effectively communicate these strategies to stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Formulate and execute data-driven pricing strategies and policies to optimize profitability, ensuring compliance with strategic, financial, and administrative guidelines. Develop new pricing capabilities and constructs to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses to inform pricing decisions and provide strategic insights. Design go-to-market strategies for enterprise services based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Performance Evaluation, Financial Analysis, and Revenue Analytics: Utilize complex data modeling and financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Analyze revenue trends and develop coding logic for revenue tables, ensuring alignment with latest offer initiatives and handling ad-hoc analytics requests.
  • Automation and Predictive Analytics: Develop and implement machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to automate pricing processes and optimize strategies. Use predictive analytics to forecast device upgrades and assess the impact of marketing initiatives on ARPU trends.
  • Stakeholder Communication, Talent Management, and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clearly communicate pricing policies to stakeholders and create reports for executive understanding. Manage and develop team members through onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and support sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
  • Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies.
  • Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 10+ years of related experience.

Our Director Pricing, earn between $174,100 - $261,100 with a total target

compensation of $224,100 - $311,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
