Educational requirements
- Full Time: Must complete a four-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related (FDP), or an MBA plus a minimum of three years of professional experience (FLDP), before the program starts in June.
- Intern: Must be actively pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related (for FDP internship) or MBA degree (for FLDP internship) when the program starts in June.
- Co-Op: Must be actively pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, accounting, or related, within the Dallas, TX area.

Program schedule
FDP:
- Full Time: 18 Months | Two 9-Month Rotations
- Internship: 10-12 weeks during the Summer
- Co-Op: Part-time, rolling starts | One semester minimum, renewable through graduation
FLDP:
- Full Time: 2 Years | Two 12-Month Rotations
- Internship: 10-12 weeks during the Summer.
- Co-Op: Part-time, rolling starts | One semester minimum, renewable through graduation.
