Educational requirements
- Full Time: Must possess a master's degree in accounting or a related specialty, completed by the program start date in June.
- Intern: Must be actively pursuing a master’s degree in accounting or a related specialty by the program start date in June.

Program schedule
ALDP:
- Full Time: 2 Years | Two 12-Month Rotations.
- Internship: 10-12 weeks during the Summer
- Co-Op: Part-time, rolling starts | One semester minimum, renewable through graduation

Full-Time Experience
Join our program as a full-time Accounting Leadership Development Program associate in Dallas, TX, where you will rotate through core accounting and reporting teams and support decisions that move the business during the 2-year paid rotational program while developing your technical expertise, leadership skills, and expanding your professional network through leadership exposure and impactful real-world projects at AT&T.

Join our program as an Accounting Leadership Development Program intern in Dallas, TX, where you will gain insight into AT&T through hands-on accounting work during the 10–12-week paid summer internship while developing your financial expertise, leadership skills, and expanding your professional network at AT&T, positioning you as a candidate for the full-time rotational program. A part-time financial co-op position is also available to students local to Dallas, TX.
