Position Summary:
This position will drive the strategy, value case, requirements, technology development, customer experience, and promotion of the Consumer and Business (B2B) consent program. Define metrics and analyze data to drive performance and ongoing improvement. Lead programs and initiatives to grow the marketability of our Wireless and Broadband base, increase personalization, drive revenue growth, and improve customer experience.
Overview:
Working as a Lead Product Technology on the Marketing Innovation & Enablement | Consent & Campaign Compliance team, you'll drive the strategy, value case, requirements, technology development, customer experience, and promotion of the Consumer and Business (B2B) consent program. Define metrics and analyze data to drive performance and ongoing improvement. Lead programs and initiatives to grow the marketability of our Wireless and Broadband base, increase personalization, drive revenue growth, and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Design the recapture of customer consent:
- Research industry best practices, competitive benchmarks, and AT&T customer and rep expectations to drive strategy and business requirements.
- Define business and data migration requirements and partner with technology teams to develop the Consent & Preference Platform, along with an intuitive user interface in Profile to manage consent and preferences.
- Develop test plans and acceptance criteria to ensure an effortless customer experience. Partner with technology and channel leaders to integrate consent recapture within Digital, Retail and Care sales channels and relevant customer touch points.
- Develop plans to evolve platforms to align with transformation initiatives, audit legacy processes, and retire end-of-life consent collection points.
Define and own performance data and analysis to drive ongoing improvement:
- Drive ongoing valuation analysis to support ROI of acquiring and maintaining customer consent.
- Develop and present business cases to leadership for technology investment, campaigns, and incentives.
- Request and manage budgets to support initiatives.
- Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements to track performance against business case assumptions and customer engagement targets.
- Interpret data to analyze performance and make program, campaign, and platform design recommendations.
Drive consent data use improvements and campaign compliance review efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to improve use of consent by inspecting data flows, logic and code, as well as opportunities to simplify and automate campaign review processes to drive efficiency.
- Write requirements and coordinate with marketing technology data enablement and platform teams to implement improvements, test and validate results.
Minimum:
- 5+ years related, relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- SQL skills
Desired:
- Relentless curiosity, interest and aptitude in understanding the drivers of marketability, analyzing key performance metrics, and following trends
- Experience designing performance targets, interpreting data and developing business cases
- Experience with market/customer research and competitive benchmarking
- Experience designing and presenting executive updates

- Knowledge of digital architecture, tools & platforms
- Experience leading new product/platform development and go-to-market launches
- Snowflake and Tableau experience
