Job Overview

Job Description:

As a Lead Product Development Manager, you will oversee the business development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product life cycle. You’ll partner with our business, technology and UX teams to design moderately complex products or product lines that will meet the needs of the business with minimal investment while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio. The candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the overall relationship and owning the Go-To-Market strategy for AT&T Enterprise strategic partners such as SI / consultancy, cloud hyperscalers and OEM’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.

  • Research, designs, plans, develops, and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design, analyze customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.

  • Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services and creates product roadmaps and project plans.

  • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding.

  • Works with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.

  • Identifies and pursues strategic partnerships and new market opportunities that will directly contribute to the expansion and revenue growth of our product portfolio.

  • Meeting with strategic partners and cross functional AT&T teams regularly to develop and execute go to market strategy for the strategic partner.

  • Leading channel marketing and indirect channel development.

Requirements 

  • Knowledgeable of AT&T Business’s products and services

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.

  • Typically requires 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility.

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Team player, resourceful, result driven and self-starter.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, business / solution development, relationship building, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing strategic deals that drive revenue growth.

  • Strong cross-functional team management leadership skills

Our Lead Product Management & Development, earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
