This high-profile role is within the AT&T Business Product organization. You will be a critical member of the overall Business Wireless product team that is responsible for managing existing and bringing new Wireless voice and data plans, business wireless devices, and value-added wireless services to market.
Specifically, you will be a member of the team that, will be responsible for ensuring AT&T’s competitive position in the market and driving significant volume and revenue growth of the Protect Advantage product.
The role requires strategic & creative thought leadership, product management and development expertise, and cross-company collaboration to bring new and exciting growth offerings to market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for P&L and life cycle management of value-added service product
Leads product strategy to bring evolved services to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and managing product introductions.
Defines product requirements based on customer needs
Maintains roadmap and key dependencies across initiatives
Vettes capital estimates and manages budget with feature tradeoffs
Partners with some, but not limited to, the following teams: technical development, pricing, finance, digital, sales, and finance

Required: Ability to capture and prioritize most important customer needs and technical requirements into baseline document for product design and technical development. Requires ability to run financial and analytical assessments
Preferred: Expertise in Product management or development, wireless experience, skilled in market research, requirements gathering, business case development, and analytics.

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
