Job Description:
ISAAC WFE is an integrated Trouble Diagnostic testing platform. It invokes multiple tests and report data to IVR, eCARE, and a dashboard for CSR agents, Tier2, the NOC and LFO technicians.
This position is responsible for the overall application/software delivery including design, development, testing, deployment support, production application support and maintenance. Collaborates to review user stories, provides estimates, and creates software design specifications. Designs and implements code fixes and validate outcomes. Applies technical expertise to resolve production issues. Uses methods such as peer programming and test-driven development to ensure collaboration and code quality practices are adhered to.
Skillset for Software Engineering resources:
- Experience in interpreting and understanding business requirements, solution definition and application design
- Hands-on experience in developing, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on J2EE application development platform
- Understanding and demonstrating use of J2EE patterns and frameworks.
- Extensive experience in Java
- Experience in working on SOAP and REST web services. Developing clients consuming web services.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices

- Experience in using relational database tools and concepts (Oracle Databases, PL/SQL)
- Experience with DevOps tools used in general (Git, Maven, Jenkins) and tools specific to Azure (Helm Charts)

- Expertise with shell scripts
- Experience with Wildfly 18+ is a plus
- Experience with Nokia’s SMP 19+ platform is a plus
- Experience with Bootstrap and Angular is a plus
