AT&T Public Sector and FirstNet is responsible for managing and growing public sector customers including Federal, State, Local, Education, Special Districts and various other political subdivisions.
AT&T has an opening for a Sales Manager III to serve as the Sales Manager responsible for a module of primarily Texas state agencies and political subdivisions.
The job duties are as follows:
- New sales, retaining and growing revenue and building and strengthening customer relationships within a large existing team supporting the State of TX state agencies and political subdivisions.
- As the Sales Manager, this role includes day to day management and coaching of the team, ensuring compliance, sales and revenue forecasting, building sales strategy, responding to and managing procurements, virtual and face-to-face customer sales meetings, and supporting the sales team’s daily needs.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of sales management experience, 5+ years of public sector sales experience, 4-year Bachelor’s degree, significant experience with government procurements and contracts including State Government, E-Rate and other government funded programs.
Our Sales Manager's earn between $126,200 - $211,900 + up to $40,800 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
