About the Job:

As a Test Data Architect who is passionate about seeing customer succeeded and ensuring best-in-class product quality, the objective of the role is End-to-End ownership of data procurement for testing teams of the product and to be the custodian of data procurement and integrity. With the Test Data Management team, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is embarking on a multi-year implementation as part of an on-going digital modernization effort. 

As the project team ramps up, you will have the chance to help define and shape the vision of how the solution will be maintained and monitored to meet the business’ needs.

Experience Level: 8 – 12 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the overall test data management with respect to the performance and the daily volume of requests.
• Monitor, maintain, analyze, and provide effective resolution of incoming data quality requests.
• Conduct daily review with key program stakeholders, including dev, test, product, and support teams to ensure the path forward and reduce data request burn down for all prioritized data requests.
• Monitor and ensure that overall data procurement processes are aligned with a standard one data request process across all test phases and teams.
• Partners with other Leads & Architect for planning, Assignment & reporting.
• Daily task of gathering, consolidating, aggregating, and ensuring quality with the data.
• Monitor chats and host working sessions with impacted teams and ensure there is a path forward and active investigation on open data requests.
• Escalation Point of contact for data defects & resolution.
• Effectively communicate with other teams to meet business and information needs.
• Mitigate impediments and foster a work environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous the team’s workflow, and relentless improvements.
• Responsible for designing holistic test data architecture and data solutions in alignment with requirements and solution specifications.
• Should Work with clients to better understand current and future requirements.
• Create and maintain automation scripts for procurement of data and for process automation
• Collaborate and retain connections with external support team.

Primary / Mandatory skills:

Overall – 8 to 12 years of experience in Product Testing with minimum 3+ years of experience on Test Data management.

• Experience in the Telecom Industry is mandatory.
• Experience in testing, CRM, Web Application, Equipment Billing & Order Management
• Excellent SQL skills with experience of analyzing and visualizing large dataset and automation processes.
• Previous experience in working with complex data collection and analysis.
• Experience with working on any one of the Databases listed- Oracle, Couch, SOLR, MongoDB, Cassandra.
• Proficiency with any programming languages like Python or Java.
• Should have hands on experience with automated testing in web and API automation using Selenium and Rest Assured.
• Should be able to create and maintain automation frameworks.
• Should have a good understanding of API testing and be able to perform API testing using relevant tools like Postman, REST Assured or SoapUI.
• Experience in working with Cloud Technologies like Azure, RHET is good to have.
• Experience with Elastic Search is good to have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
