Job Description:

CDO is empowering AT&T, through execution, self-service, and as a data and AI center of excellence, to unlock transformative insights and actions that drive value for the company and its customers.

AT&T’s Chief Data Office (CDO) is harnessing data and making AT&T’s data assets and ground-breaking AI functionality accessible to employees across the firm. In addition, our talented employees are a significant component that contributes to AT&T’s place as the U.S. company with the sixth most AI-related patents. CDO also maintains academic and tech partnerships to cultivate the next generation of experts in statistics and machine learning, statistical computing, data visualization, text mining, time series modelling, data stream and database management, data quality and anomaly detection, data privacy, and more.

This is an individual contributor role, the ideal candidate should have exposure in technology, fraud management and financial / risk understanding with exceptional qualities in one or more of these areas.

Candidate should have exposure of working in product development environment with a proven experience of developing enterprise scale products in a highly agile/scrum environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Web Development - Lead the development of responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces for our web applications

  • Framework Expertise - Utilize expertise in React.js and other modern front-end frameworks (such as Angular, Vue.js) to create scalable and modular components.

  • UI/UX Design Collaboration - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Cross Browser Compatibility - Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility of front-end code.

  • Performance Optimization - Optimize application performance by implementing best practices and responsive design principles.

  • Code Review - Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor junior developers

  • Responsive Design - Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices.

  • Innovation - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for enhancing user experiences.

Qualifications – Required / Desired Skills

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Extensive experience with React JS and other modern front-end frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design Principles.

  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS etc.)

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
