In this position, highly sensitive data for all employees, including senior managers, is viewed. It is required to apply broad discretion and judgment in client interactions due to the confidential nature of the data. Utilize a knowledge base system and scripts of HR information as reference tools. Use multiple systems for tracking, investigating, and troubleshooting. Will require the compilation of details for research handoffs or escalations to Tier 2 subject matter experts. Must meet all call center productivity and quality goals monthly. Experience/Skills: • Previously worked in a Call Center environment • HR Experience a plus • Attention to detail • Ability to have discretion regarding confidential matters

Required Skills
Three to five years of call center experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
