AT&T has an opening for a Project Manager, Senior Specialist to support the Federal Government in providing O&M / PM support of contracted operations.
Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Project manage and coordinate the installation of Government contract voice/data/toll free and switched voice services to include associated equipment
Provide 24X7 Telecommunication Service Priority (TSP) and escalation support of circuit orders, long distance account issues, call blocks and any maintenance related requests.
Ensure that AT&T provided terminating equipment necessary for all services will interface properly with customers equipment. Perform shipping and receiving / inventory on required equipment. General equipment is estimated at approximately 35 pounds, other devices may weigh more.
Responsible for implementation of services from conception, ordering, installation coordination, billing and any subsequent maintenance and/or trouble sectionalization.
Coordinate service orders with outside agencies such as the Local Exchange Companies (LEC), equipment providers and other external customers in order to meet critical dates and insure that services are provided in a timely matter.
Expertise in SOTS, TIRKS, POCITS, SSIRS, DOCUMENT VIEWER, RDS and Government account operations preferred.
Provide order data to support detailed databases of circuit and facility records (clli codes, exchange company provider circuit ids, protocols, etc..) necessary to track current and historical service provided to our customer.
Provide team leadership support to other members of the team.
Out of hours support is a requirement, occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.
This is a full time on-site position located at a Government Customer facility in Bluemont, VA.
Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security Clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus.

Our Project Manager, Senior Specialist's earn between $79,300 - $130,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
