As a System Engineer for AT&T’s Wholesale Billing & Charging products, you will design scalable, high-performance applications and lead key product enhancements. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Manage application performance, compliance, and delivery timelines while supporting audit readiness and incident resolution.
What you'll do:
• Design and architect reliable, scalable system platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and integrations.
• Guide development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability.
• Maintain documentation, ensure security, and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years IT experience, with 2+ years in system architecture in designing scalable and high-volume processing/rating systems.
• Experience with Wireless Networks (LTE/5G), Wholesale Billing, Charging Systems, and Usage Management.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit requirements, Agile/SAFe, and change management.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of identifying issues in advance and driving solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and Agile team experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Our Lead System Engineering earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
