Align and optimize the execution of value streams across multiple teams-of-teams and external suppliers by managing dependencies, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Support Value Stream Execution: Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support. • Facilitate Solution Events: Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress. • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow. • Assess and Improve Solution Maturity: Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE). • Communicate and Visualize Metrics: Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
Desired Safe Agile Certification in Leading Safe; DevOps and/or Production Manager/Product Owner

Specialized in improving complex teams of teams and working with multiple dependencies including outside suppliers. Lead STEs work closely with Principal-level RTEs to operate Solution Train Engineer Communities of Practice. Additionally supports Solution functions as part of an Agile Value Stream/Portfolio.
Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Our Lead Solution Train Engineer, earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
