About The Job
The Solutions Architect must be proficient at the techniques that go into the formulation of solutions, including collecting customer requirements and assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security, and be able to recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer.
Liaison between Business partners and IT partners (architects, development and operations) for strategic planning and developing solutions based on the understanding of current needs and future direction of the Business and IT. Consults directly with internal or external clients on business goals, tools, strategy and best practices of software development.
Responsible for end-to-end management throughout the life cycle of a software/system development project.
Has full accountability for managing concurrent projects of any complexity.
Interacts with product managers to ensure alignment of project goals and progress with client needs and client priorities.
Directs team’s activities utilizing the organization’s software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
What you'll Need
Requires 5 – 8 years’ experience in systems engineering, software development or software engineering role
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Experience with cloud computing, preferably Azure.
Experience in SQL, Data mapping, API, SFTP, HTTP(s) protocols
Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Nice To Have
Preferred degrees in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical fields.
Our Lead Solution Architecture, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual , Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
