What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee a high-performing team of 10+ IT professionals across diverse technical disciplines, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of CTX infrastructure programs, including asset lifecycle management for both on-premises and public cloud platforms.
Define and execute strategic processes, policies, and standards that enhance infrastructure and platform operations.
Champion Agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, optimize costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify gaps and recommend actionable improvements aligned with business goals.
Manage financial aspects of programs, including budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis, and benefits realization.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with evolving business objectives.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project and program teams, coordinating effectively with vendors and suppliers.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
5-8 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, program management, or infrastructure transformation.
Deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies (Azure DevOps, VMSS, VNet, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Cosmos DB, AKS, and more).
Familiarity with AWS core services and proficiency in open-source, cloud-agnostic tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
Proven experience designing and maintaining monitoring solutions like ELK Stack, Dynatrace, or Prometheus.
Strong background in data analysis, business management, and translating insights into strategic decisions.
Demonstrated success applying Agile methodologies to complex technology programs.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a track record of driving multiple initiatives to successful outcomes and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Our Assoc Director-Technology II, earns between $174,100.00-$261,100.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
