This career step requires intermediate level experience. Responsible for Vendor Management and Sourcing technical products and services in technical organizations such as IT, Network, or CTO. Must have a technical background and knowledge of the organization (technology, processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) and technical providers (such as technology companies, service providers, contractor suppliers, outsourcing and offshoring, etc.) coupled with a strong business background in vendor management, contract management, governance, compliance, service level management, security, project management, asset management, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong skills in MSOffice suite. Strong team player.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

-Vendor and Contract Management, specifically management of Non-Payroll Worker onboarding processes and systems. includes oversee contract and staff management governance functions, audit and compliance management with vendors, productivity management of vendor performance, etc.

-Provides support in developing and reviewing best practice, understanding current and future trends in processes, tools and technology.

-Manage overall security compliance and procedures between the company and vendors for security standards, including physical, network and data security. Also responsible for vendor access management, connectivity, on-boarding, off-boarding, service escalations, business continuity, disaster recovery, offshore eligibility, transition management analysis and support, executive coordination and communications, data management and analysis, reporting and metrics, etc.

Additional Responsibilities:

•             Review and interpret Radio Frequency Data Sheets  (RFDS) to ensure accurate project planning and execution.

•             Must be able to compare RFDS to as-built drawings and BIM models to approve final product

•             Oversee cell site closeout activities, including testing of Base Band Units (BBU), Remote Radio Units (RRUs), Fiber, Coax, etc.

•             Ensure AT&T Compliance and Local Regulatory requirements are followed including EME standards.

•             Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards at all project sites.

•             Coordinate post-construction activities with multiple vendors, including AREA Testing, Smart Launch Testing, alarm clearing and general site cleanup .

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and execution.

•             Work with the local RAN team and FirstNet team to ensure customer impact is minimal and we have backup cell coverage as required.

•             Ensure sites are provisioned properly and pass E911 testing prior to Turn-up.

•             Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

•             Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Job Contribution:

Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies and processes.

Education:

Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Experience:

Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Senior Tech Vendor Mgmt, earns between $113,200-$169,800 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
