The AT&T Federal Defense team is establishing a new L3 Director/Client Executive role to support the Joint/4th Estate accounts. This role will be responsible for driving growth and operational efficiency in the Department of Defense (DoD) space, specifically focused on Joint/4th Estate customers.
The Joint space is composed of all directorates in the Defense sector that do not belong to the traditional military departments. Examples include the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
This role will lead an organization focused on delivering tailored solutions and aligning AT&T services with customer requirements and priorities. This role will enable AT&T to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, secure new opportunities, and ultimately position AT&T as a trusted partner in the Defense Joint/4th Estate space.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Joint/4th Estate Client Executive provides strong sales and programmatic leadership focused on aggressively growing AT&T revenue and services within the Joint/4th Estate market.
Responsible for the overall development, direction, and management of strategic client relationships within the Federal Defense (Joint/4th Estate) space, ultimately leading to a more robust relationship with consequential revenue growth.
Responsible for the financial performance of all assigned customers; to include account strategy and execution, profit and loss, sales performance, program and lifecycle management, escalations, customer stewardship and overall customer satisfaction with all AT&T services.
Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Assures the team’s execution against contractual requirements and works to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business.
Responsible for Joint/4th Estate organizational and supervisory leadership; including identification, selection, development, and on-going evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team and maximizing organizational performance.
Required Clearance
Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to attain Top Secret (#clearable) (#topsecret)
Required Qualifications:
Must bring extensive knowledge of the Federal Defense Marketplace, including applicable regulations and policies; must understand relevant capabilities of competitors and partners, and possess significant breadth and depth of AT&T products and services.
Previous experience selling to and/or managing client relationships with Federal government customers (10 year minimum).
Leadership/supervisory experience.
BS/BA (4yr) Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading sales and/or operational programs within the US Department of Defense.
Experience leading defense professional services sales and capture efforts.
Our Director Client Services Project/Program Manager's earn between $143,800 - 215,800.. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
