AT&T has an opening for a Director of Client Services - Project Management. Federal Connections is focused on bringing together solutions that connect, protect and serve the missions of the Agencies that we support to transform and modernize government networks. Responsible for the overall development, direction, and management of strategic client relationships.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Leads a team of sellers who develops/cultivates senior level relationships with existing federal agencies clients ultimately leading to a more robust relationship with consequential sales growth. Responsible for account strategy, profit and loss, plan execution, program management, lifecycle management, escalations, stewardships and customer satisfaction.
Works with sales team, internal and external partners to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Drives team to execute contract terms and conditions and works to ensure on- time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.
Technical knowledge of network and adjacent services – TDM, , IP, Ethernet, SD-WAN, Colocation, Professional Services
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Responsible for the financial performance of all assigned accounts.
As a supervisor, manages the work efforts of team with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
Responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business management of assigned accounts.
Highly motivated self-starter capable of working collaboratively within AT&T, vendor, and system integrator partner communities to fulfill customer requirements.
Must possess knowledge of Federal Government customers. Occasional travel may be required.
Demonstrates broad and working knowledge of entire product/service line and competitive landscape.
Experience selling services under federal contract vehicles.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience with Account Management, Selling into US Federal Government, Consultative Selling, Customer – Centric Solution Development. Competitive Differentiation,
Experiencing selling Fiber Solutions, Data Center Solutions, Professional Services.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of, and experience with, Voice and Data Networking Technologies.
Experience in Business Development and proposal preparation.
Knowledge of DC Federal Government contracting space.
Able to work independently when provided with broad objectives and also have strong leadership skills to manage a team successfully
Able to work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure.
Effectively conveys ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form.
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Must be able to obtain Public Trust (#clearable) (#publictrust)

Already possesses GSA Public Trust clearance for EIS
Our Director of Client Services - Project Management's earn between $174,100 - $261,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
