We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Lead to join our International Ecosystem Solutions segment. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of established and emerging Go-To-Market partnerships within a portfolio of key Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead revenue growth initiatives across a defined module of accounts encompassing several leading Global Systems Integrators.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive indirect sales of AT&T’s connectivity and mobility services integrated within GSI solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Legal to align strategies and deliverables.
Delegate and coordinate key functional roles to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies and business objectives.
Act as a direct seller, facilitating complex sales cycles and fostering strong partner relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in managing and growing strategic partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Strong mobility experience preferred.
Strong experience working with Global Systems Integrators or similar ecosystem partners.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience.

Our Lead Strategic Accounts 4 ECO, earn between $118,600-$177,800 + commissions with a total target compensation of $193,600- $252,800.
