Overall Purpose: Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. • Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. • Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations. • Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. • Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing technical software products e2e from problem definition to rollout/change management (telecommunication software experience plus)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
A track record of managing and improving customer and product experiences through proactive and innovative approaches.
Education & Career Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years’ of product management or technical project/program management experience
Fully bilingual: Must speak, read and write in Spanish and English
The candidate hired will be required to go into a local office 1-3 times per week.
