Job Description:

Delivering best-in-class service is just the beginning. As Bilingual Senior Customer Care & Collections Representative, you’ll be part of a team of professionals dedicated to keeping our customers connected.

You will work with client's designated program administrator to provide quality service and support to ensure service solutions meet business customer needs in all financial care competencies: post-sale customer education on wireless and wireline service, problem solving, providing customers an opportunity to establish payment commitments and assisting to reach the financial goals of the company. You will also be developing, coordinating, and monitoring the deployment and success of service solutions and provides status updates to the business client and Sales Branch based on shared expectations.

What you’ll do:

  • Ability to deal with a variety of customers.
  • Ability to explain and sustain different charges on bills.
  • Ability to create a sense of urgency on our customers to help them get current on their accounts.
  • Ability to multi-task; using a computer while wearing a telephone headset, evaluate and offer different payment options for our customers. Take notes and create rapport with customers at the same time.
  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service in all different interactions.
  • Resolve the customer’s issue while on the phone.
  • Need to be creative and innovative.

What you’ll bring:

  • Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers.
  • Previous 1 year collection experience, back-office tasks or wireline or wireless support.
  • Be capable of managing to a variety of customer emotions and requirements.
  • Establish positive relationships with customers during every interaction.
  • Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.
  • Be comfortable using a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
  • Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF

Monthly Base Salary: MXN$24,000. (before Taxes)
Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,583 every 14 days

Training Expectations
You will be required to attend 100% of your Training at the Office (between 1-3 months). During your 90 days trial period you will not be authorized to request vacation or personal days off.

This is NOT a Work from Home role, you need to work in our office 100% of the time.

How flexible is my schedule?
Schedules are based on performance, seniority, and the operating hours of your site.  This position requires you to be available to train/work 40 hours per week during operation hours Monday to Friday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays) - WEEKENDS OFF

Absolutely!  And certain benefits also start accruing at the start of training - like meal and grocery vouchers.

Frequently asked questions

  • To qualify, you’ll need to have advanced English language fluency, being able to hold a business conversation with native English speakers. This position requires an English fluency assessment during the hiring process.

  • Once you’ve been selected, it takes an average of three weeks to be onboarded.

  • If hired, you'll first attend a mandatory training class (fully paid) that may include time spent training at the office and at home. If you train and work at home, AT&T will provide the necessary equipment and you will need to have a suitable workspace with stable internet connection and cell phone signal.

  • This is not a Work From Home role. This job will require to you work in our offices starting on your first day of training, and you will need to confirm your availability to work on site during the interview process. We do not currently offer remote or hybrid job opportunities.

  • Our centers operate Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. Your work schedule may be any time during operating hours and will include two days off each week.

  • This position requires you to be available to work any shift during the call center operating hours, including Saturdays and holidays.

  • Schedules are based on performance and seniority. Starting out you will be on the late shift (possibly up to six months), working every weekend.
