Responsibilities:
Independently responsible for the entire QA testing lifecycle of assigned software development projects or features including the autonomous identification, evaluation and reporting of software development defects and/or security vulnerabilities with a duty to ensure that security, reliability, and performance standards are met. – 50%
Work with team members and adjacent teams on development, operations, and platform related tasks. – 20%
Perform complex and precise troubleshooting to pinpoint root causes for reported issues. – 15%
Serve as the technical escalation point for lower-level test team members and adjacent teams. – 10%
Generate reports. create release notes documentation, contribute to team metrics – 5%
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Demonstrated intermediate experience working with an object-oriented programming language (Python) and associated technologies (eg. Spring/JMX/JDBC)
Ability to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in software prior to code deployments
3+ years of experience in the Hadoop ecosystem and related technologies (HBase, Hive 3, HDFS, Spark)
Knowledge of modern QA testing methodologies, automation, and tools
Solid understanding of Linux Operating system, Shell scripting, OS troubleshooting
Basic understanding of Cloud architecture & technologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and communication skills

Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $128,400-$192,600 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
