This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into an office 2-3 days per week.

We’re seeking an experienced product management leader to drive innovation and impact in our field operation software solutions. You will lead a talented team across Israel and the US, shaping the product vision and roadmap for critical systems in dispatch, logistics, and field operations. Your leadership will influence technology choices, culture, and the delivery of high-impact products that support one of the world’s largest telecom operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of seasoned product managers, guiding product vision and execution from concept to delivery.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for field operation, dispatch, and logistics software solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in the US and Israel to align business, architectural, and operational goals.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure customer-centric, high-quality product delivery.
  • Shape team culture, technology choices, and innovation practices within a newly formed and dynamic team.
  • Lead product management community efforts to promote best practices and impactful execution.

What You'll Bring :

  • 10+ years in software product development, including 5+ years in product management leadership.
  • Proven success in launching software products from inception through execution.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Domain knowledge in field operations, dispatch, logistics, supply chain software, or fleet management is advantageous.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience guiding product architecture and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management.
