AT&T has an opening for Site Lead/Field Support Representative to support US Army organization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sub-contractor activity scheduling and reporting
• Facility and equipment oversight
Preferred Level of Clearance:
Public Trust (#publictrust) or ability to obtain a Public Trust
Additional Clearance Preferred:
DoD Secret (#secret)
Required Qualifications:
Perform as on-site technical lead in support of AT&T assets on Fort Johnson, LA.
Manage day-to-day activities required to support AT&T’s deployed equipment supporting the Army’s CTC-IS Range Communications System. May require on-call response/support during Army rotational periods.
Act as direct point of contact for AT&T with JRTC Army personnel, Ops Group personnel, and support staff.
Collaborate and communicate with various entities throughout AT&T to identify and manage issues through resolution.
Demonstrate the ability to resolve difficult problems and apply skills within a challenging and demanding work environment.
Act as on-site AT&T POC for coordination and facilitation of program-related material receipt, inventory, distribution, and tracking.
Coordinate and facilitate on-post and down-range access/escort for other AT&T/Subcontractor personnel, as necessary.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical related field or equivalent experience; technical trade certification with preferred experience in the wired and wireless networking, mobile/mobility networking, and understanding of communications network infrastructure.
Excellent written, oral, and time management skills.
Experience: Minimum of five years technical-related related experience.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with US Army and Department of Defense installations and operations.
Familiarity with AT&T mobility infrastructure and operations.
Our Site Lead / Field Support Representative's earn between $71,600 - $75,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
