Job Description Summary We are seeking a skilled network engineer with intermediate-level experience to support network changes and new installations for AT&T's business clientele. This technical role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide field engineers and work collaboratively with peer and partner organizations to ensure customer success.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: As part of this role, you will act as a first-level escalation point for junior team members while utilizing appropriate tools and engineering principles to design and develop medium to complex data and voice network infrastructures. This work will adhere to established guidelines and incorporate both legacy and next-generation products from various vendors. You will also be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution across a wide range of products.
The position involves proactively contributing to network troubleshooting and providing insights for root cause analysis during network-related outages. You will play a key role in executing network engineering planning assignments related to the implementation, operation, and maintenance of both new and existing network hardware systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with Labs, product development, and engineering teams to create process documentation, methods, procedures, and guidelines for network planning, capacity management, and network builds.
This position requires someone who can handle intermediate-level network engineering planning assignments and is committed to delivering high-quality work while meeting customer expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure precise documentation of activation activities, client communications, inventory updates, and other relevant tasks.
Coordinate with both internal and external customers to meet service commitments and provide initial implementation support for networks to ensure proper execution.
Resolve system failures or performance degradations, whether pre-scheduled or on-demand, as requested by customers.
Contribute to project management and maintain thorough documentation as required.

Compensation: Salary starting at2,400 EUR/gross.The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
