Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector by leveraging market research, industry insights, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients to understand their operational challenges and IoT needs.
Create and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate how IoT solutions can improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to tailor IoT solutions for manufacturing-specific applications.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
Stay abreast of manufacturing industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging IoT technologies relevant to the sector.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to influence product innovation and marketing strategies tailored for manufacturing customers.
Represent the AT&T at manufacturing industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build brand presence and credibility.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets aligned with business growth objectives in the manufacturing vertical.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the IoT space focused on manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational challenges, and supply chain management.
Solid knowledge of IoT platforms, technologies, and applications relevant to manufacturing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to technical and executive audiences.
Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and prioritize multiple opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within the manufacturing or industrial domain.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Our Lead App Sales Exec 4 IoT, earn between $110,600 - $166,000 USD Annual + commission with a total target compensation of $190,600 – $246,000.
