Overall Purpose
The Construction Project Manager will lead and strategically manage projects from inception to completion. This role involves developing comprehensive plans, ensuring technical excellence and quality, facilitating stakeholder communication, maintaining emergency response readiness, enforcing safety protocols, and performing additional duties to support project success and organizational alignment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Technical Excellence and Quality Assurance
Conduct in-depth technical analysis, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Job Contribution:
Solid understanding of fundamental architectural and interior design concepts and organizational practices.
Works on smaller projects, exercising judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies.
Operates under minimal supervision, demonstrating independent judgment.
Interacts primarily within the department and across various teams.

Environmental Requirements: This position may require contributing to AT&T’s compliance with environmental laws and regulations, including tasks related to fuel tanks, emergency generators, boilers, hazardous waste/materials, batteries, manholes, vaults, water wells, linear construction projects, water discharge, and air emissions.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design desired. Minimum of 1+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas related to the job function.
