Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workplace Design/Planning Project Manager with strong project management experience and data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, design, and construction of workplace environments that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and well-being. This role requires managing projects from concept through completion, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end planning, design, and construction of workplace environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, budgets, resources, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams to translate workplace strategies into effective physical spaces.
Utilize data analysis to assess workplace utilization, employee feedback, and operational metrics to inform design decisions and optimize space usage.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology and infrastructure in workplace design.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the construction process.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in workplace planning and construction through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in workplace design planning, construction project management, business, finance, or related roles.
Strong project management skills with experience in preparing leadership presentations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret workplace data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of workplace design principles, space planning, and construction processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and sustainable building practices.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience with smart building technologies and IoT integration.
Background in change management related to workplace transformations.
Ability to think strategically while managing operational details.
Our Workplace Design/Planning Project Manager earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
