Overall, Purpose
Support quality standards, methodologies, and processes aligned with industry best practices by serving as a documentation librarian and curator for the Sourcing organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to:
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve product quality issues.
Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
Collect, track, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of process changes, quality checks, and improvement initiatives.
Manage documentation on SharePoint, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and accessible. Regularly audit and update content. Create and edit SOPs, guides, and training materials.
Project Management and Collaboration
Facilitate process improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement process changes and support continuous performance improvements.
Coordinate with document owners, legal, and TPRM to ensure documentation meets stakeholder needs. Support team members in accessing and understanding documentation.
Other Duties as Assigned
Support processes related to surveys, customer support, performance evaluation, and/or training.
Develop and deliver training resources and workshops as needed.
Job Contribution
An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgment on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency, costs, schedules, and client relationships. Primarily interacts within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
2+ years of related experience.
1–2 years of SharePoint experience required.
Certification required in some areas.
Compensation
· Senior Specialist Quality/M&P/Process earns between $79,200 - $118,800 USD annually in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA.
· Individual starting salary within this range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
