Responsibilities:
This role manages the end-to-end execution for our talent and succession planning process, including:
Developing processes in line with our talent strategy and associated documentation needed to support the process
Consulting with HRBPs on performing meaningful talent evaluations for client organizations and providing troubleshooting support
Consulting with HRBPs to provide recommended talent slates upon request for key roles (i.e., talent to consider)
Partnering with HR Technology & People Analytics to configure Workday and develop required reporting to support the process and provide data to monitor progress and measure impact
Performs regular “audits” of succession planning data to monitor for “out of compliance” instances (e.g., leaders on more than 3 succession plans, plans that have not been updated in more than 12 months, plans with more than 4 successors identified, etc.) and works with HRBPs to adjust
Supports HRBPs in performing bulk uploads of talent data into Workday
Support material development for executive talent review meetings
Serves as approver for access to Talent data in Workday
Skills & Capabilities Required:
Program Management
Consultation skills and ability to interact effectively with executive leaders
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency with data and manipulating Excel spreadsheets
Technology-savvy and able to determine and convey requirements needed to support the business process
