- Executive Reporting: Prepare, update, and present executive-level presentations and reports that provide actionable insights into financial status and delivery progress, supporting informed leadership decisions.
- Go/No-Go & Launch Readiness Coordination: Support Go/No-Go assessments and coordinate launch readiness activities to ensure successful deployment of new capabilities.
- Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on technology platforms, customer experience solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.

- Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and business case development.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations.
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and driving complex decision-making processes.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with BSSE (Business Support Systems Evolution) and ACC (AT&T Customer Connect/Salesforce) programs or similar large-scale enterprise technology transformation initiatives is a plus.
