We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual for the role of Principal Engineering & Business Lead. Ideal candidate has both an engineering and business background with experience in multiple disciplines. This position will work independently to analyze and develop strategic leasing terms for wireless infrastructure. Ideal candidate has both an engineering and business (strategic finance) background with experience in multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will develop, and spearhead initiatives designed to disrupt the incumbent marketplace through new agreement design and partnership. The individual will perform financial modeling, strategic negotiation support, executive communications, and collaborate across finance, engineering, and legal departments.
Additional Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Strategic Partnership Development Lead to drive the analysis and structuring of strategic partnership agreements within the wireless real estate infrastructure sector. This role will spearhead initiatives to disrupt the incumbent marketplace by developing innovative agreements with existing tower and wireless operators, as well as pursuing new private equity partnerships.
The ideal candidate will excel both independently and collaboratively, working across finance, engineering, and legal teams. This position holds full ownership of deal term development, deal modeling, partner engagement, and serves as the primary escalation point for complex contract negotiations. The role reports directly to the AVP of Tower Strategy and works closely with VP and officer-level leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop strategic leasing terms for network asset collocation
Lead initiatives to disrupt the marketplace through new entrant agreements
Manage and collaborate effectively with finance, engineering, and legal departments
Identify and research potential partnerships with private equity firms
Develop financial models and prepare executive leadership presentations
Serve as the main point of contact for partner communications and complex contract escalations
Our Principal Engineering & Business Lead earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
