About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Planning Lead to drive the alignment, prioritization, and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in assessing new marketing opportunities and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams to maximize the impact of our consumer offers.
Key Responsibilities strategic evaluations of marketing support requests working with multiple organizations.
• Ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of marketing initiatives in line with business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Consumer Offers team, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
• Proactively communicate the Marketing Plan of Record (POR) and any changes to relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Develop comprehensive strategic assessments and provide actionable recommendations for in-year and annual offer proposals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing teams and channel partners to vet and prioritize new offer proposals effectively.
• Continuously assess new marketing opportunities and provide insights to optimize offer strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, offer management, or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to serve as a key liaison across teams.
• Ability to think strategically and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with marketing POR processes and consumer offer dynamics is a plus.
Core Competencies:
• Background in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies; Direct Marketing and B2B experience a plus, but not a requirement.
• Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes requiring strong organizational skills, detail-focused strategic oversight, rigorous risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process, building something from nothing.
• Ability to work autonomously and to take initiative, managing multiple large-scale projects at a time.
• Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents.
• Collaborative and willing to roll up your sleeves with the team and get close to the details.
• React quickly with strategic thinking and proactive solutioning in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tool.
• Strong communicator; verbal and written.
• Highly organized and accountable
• Operational by nature, but through a strategic lens
• Patient and persistent
• Expert in Microsoft Office
Preferred
• MBA or Master’s degree
• Experience with Workfront and Microsoft Sharepoint websites is a plus
Education & Experience:
• Education: Typically requires a Bachelors degree.
• Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility
