DUTIES: Contribute to design and implementation of cloud solutions which are secure, scalable, resilient, monitored, auditable and cost optimized. Design and develop solutions for Azure migrations and transformation tools. Migration of existing platforms and applications to Azure. Automation of cloud-based infrastructure deployments and maintenance. Build, manage and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance is achieved. Focus on scalability, security and availability of all infrastructure and processes. Identify and address infrastructure deficiencies, availability gaps, and performance bottlenecks. Serve as escalation for T2-T3 cloud infrastructure support. Help to determine technical feasibility of solutions for business requirements. Collaborate with peer organizations, product delivery teams, and support organizations on technical issues and provide guidance. Utilize core Azure cloud technologies: Azure DevOps, VMSS, Vnet, Azure Load balancer, Azure Application gateway, Azure Private Link, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, AKS, Azure Cache, Event Hub, and Azure Functions. Work core cloud technologies in a high traffic production setting. Build cloud automation/orchestration solutions with technologies: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet. Design/ Implement highly available cloud/HybridCloud network solutions. Monitor Platforms : Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana. Build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and Nexus. Perform application security testing on various types of applications such as web, APIs (REST/SOAP/Microservices), mobile etc. and co-ordinate with global security teams. Execute projects on Agile Best Practices and embrace the DevOps culture across the software delivery lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing core Azure cloud technologies: Azure DevOps, VMSS, Vnet, Azure Load balancer, Azure Application gateway, Azure Private Link, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, AKS, Azure Cache, Event Hub, and Azure Functions; working core cloud technologies in a high traffic production setting; building cloud automation/orchestration solutions with technologies: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet; designing / implementing highly available cloud/HybridCloud network solutions; monitoring Platforms : Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana; and building and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and Nexus.
