The Lead Systems Engineer will serve as a pivotal technical and strategic role within the business domain, focusing on the end-to-end engineering of systems that enable and transform Business Sales. This position is deeply embedded in business processes, with a primary focus on capturing, analyzing, and managing business requirements to drive sales transformation initiatives. The role demands a strong understanding of systems engineering principles applied to business challenges, especially in sales strategy, sales operations, telecom products and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the requirements engineering efforts for business sales transformation projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership, business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements.
Develop and maintain system-level models, architectures, and documentation that represent the business sales ecosystem and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and reviews to ensure comprehensive understanding and consensus on requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide solution development and integration across multiple systems and platforms.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within existing sales processes and systems, proposing innovative solutions that enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
Drive traceability of requirements throughout the lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables meet business expectations and compliance standards.
Support change management efforts by providing clear communication and documentation of system changes impacting sales operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering and sales transformation to continuously improve methods and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements engineering in a business or sales transformation environment.
Strong understanding of sales, sales operations, business processes, and transformation strategies.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, modeling, analysis, and management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence without direct authority.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, business, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
