Overview
GrowthHub is a new platform designed to help ATS employees unlock their full potential. Job Summary
The Lead System Engineer will oversee the design, integration, and maintenance of complex IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves leading engineering teams, managing system architecture, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system engineering projects from design through deployment and support.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and resilient system infrastructures.
Coordinate with software development, network, and operations teams for seamless integration.
Develop and enforce system engineering best practices and standards.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Manage technical documentation and conduct system reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Extensive experience in system engineering and architecture leadership.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Experience with automation tools, scripting, and configuration management.
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Our Lead System Engineer, earns between $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
