Overall Purpose
Optimizes procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing vendor and sub-contractor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations. This position supports maintenance and support services for AT&T network hardware and software.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Contract Negotiation and Management:
Lead negotiations for vendor and sub-contractor contracts.
Manage contract modifications and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Align contracts with organizational goals.
Procurement Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies.
Enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness through market research and sourcing new suppliers.
Vendor and Sub-contractor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and sub-contractors.
Assess performance and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivable issues.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:
Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of Sourcing experience including contract negotiations.
Familiar with network technologies (e.g., hardware, software).
Certification is required in some areas.
Compensation
Our Lead Sourcing Management earn between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual.
Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
