Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Plano/Dallas. The ideal candidate will focus on designing and enhancing the collaboration between native and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration. You will play a pivotal role in unifying backend-for-frontend (BFF) architectures, driving technical excellence, and fostering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and optimize solutions emphasizing collaboration between Different Digital applications (Native & web apps)
Develop and implement a common architecture to streamline backend communication and enhance user experience.
Focus on performance optimization, ensuring robust, scalable, and resilient systems.
Analyze and address functional and non-functional requirements such as security, latency, and operability.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate requirements into effective technical specifications.
Lead technical discovery sessions and contribute as a critical member of the Scrum team.
Provide detailed design documentation, implementation strategies, and best practices to the development teams.
Facilitate discussions on trade-offs, risk mitigation, and project feasibility with stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience as a solutions architect with expertise in integrating native and web applications for high usage consumer apps.
Expertise in designing and implementing app architecture.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, with backend coding expertise.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
Experience with database design for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
Skilled in performance optimization techniques and tools.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC practices.
Understanding of infrastructure and security principles.
Possess excellent communication and documentation skills to advocate solutions within diverse teams.

Our Lead Solution Architecture earn between $143,800 - $215,800 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
