Work cross-functionally with design, technology, and business teams to gather and define requirements, decompose them into Agile features and stories, and phase delivery in alignment with SAFe Agile principles. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of customer-centric design, experience mapping, and digital transformation within a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document customer experience requirements in partnership with business and customer-facing stakeholders
Prioritize features and capabilities based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Phase delivery using SAFe Agile methodologies to align with PI Planning and increment cycles
Maintain a customer-first lens while driving alignment across UX, product, and engineering teams
Support journey mapping and voice-of-the-customer insights to inform, quantify, and validate solutions
Lead end-to-end customer and user journey testing to validate experiences against real-world use cases, uncover friction points, and inform iteration
Continuously refine the backlog based on evolving priorities, feedback, and performance outcomes
Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams, manage system settings, plan and execute testing, and prepare channel readiness documentation

Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience, including:
Demonstrated experience with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-year initiatives
Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
Background in customer service industries a plus
Our Lead Product Technology earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
