Key Responsibilities: • Defines and drives product strategy and initiatives to grow customers, revenue, and margin. • Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design. • Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. • Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results. • Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services. • Partner cross-functionally across the organization, including business, network, technology, UX, legal, regulatory, marketing, pricing, and finance teams, to design or modify products, offers, promotions and other product enhancements for market launch. • Create product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans. • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and requests for funding through the capital process. • Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance. • As the Product Owner, provide operational channel support for Sales Channel Partners and Wireline Transformation Partners and drive escalations for technology teams to resolve customer and sales-impacting issues.
The Ideal Candidate will have: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills, including detail-oriented • The ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders • Knowledge of and experience with using Agile methodology for Product Managers • Knowledge of broadband and wireless industry • Experience working with Technology and Network teams (e.g., CTX) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions • Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective product strategies

Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earns between $143,800-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
