Lead Product Manager for Next Generation 9-1-1. Responsible for driving the development, execution, and lifecycle management of specific products/services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives, and managing the business case and P&L to deliver high-quality solutions and maximize customer value.
AT&T has an opening for Lead Product Management to support the Next Generation 9-1-1 portfolio. This position manages the development, marketing and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product lifecycle. This is a Product Management position focused on the Next Gen 911Program within the FirstNet organization.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Product lifecycle Management
Analysis of customer needs identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements.
Define and document customer and product requirements
Develop and Maintain Product Roadmap
Collaborate and align with stakeholders.
Research, designs, plans, develops and evaluates new products by translating and documenting customer requirements into final product design.
Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services.
May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding.
Assigned the most complex products or product lines.
Considered a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
Experience in product management, strategy, operations, or project management roles, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or related industries.
5+ years of Product Management – Lifecycle and Development experience
Proven experience working closely with 911, Public Sector and First Net
Strong understanding of vendor management and cloud-based solutions.
Ideally knowledge of the 9-1-1 industry
Any aspect of a product development and/or product launch

Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft executive-level presentations.
High emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Our Lead Product Management & Developer's earn between $128,400 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
