Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with various business units to achieve success with data initiatives and privacy program strategy.
Privacy Guidance: Provide expert privacy guidance to cross-operational organizations as needed.
Program Management: Lead cross-functional program management teams to identify areas of impact and drive project outcomes based on business direction while also influencing policy creation.
Process Innovation: Create new business processes with minimal supervision and direction to modernize the privacy program.
Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders in complex, rapidly evolving multi-stakeholder environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a passion for coordinating across various business units and departments.
Work Ethic and Communication: A strong work ethic combined with powerful and prolific communication skills.
Collaboration: Robust collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of management.
Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to quickly comprehend new ideas, analyze issues, and determine solutions based on multiple factors.
Individual and Team Excellence: Ability to excel as an individual contributor and in working with peers and key stakeholders to meet objectives.
Technology Savvy: Capable of managing technical implementations and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Project/program management, data office, or technical implementation experiences are a plus.
Certifications: PMP and privacy certifications are a plus
Our Lead Privacy Analyst earn between $106,100 - $159,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
